Sally provided a good answer to my question. I tried a technique, but really didnt know that this was the right thing to do. I wasn't sure what the problem was and why my dog was doing this behavior. I discovered this website by doing google search. What is very interesting about this website is the 15 minute discussion with a person who knows more about doggies and housetraining than I do. I rescued my little furry baby from an animal services and within 4 days of being home, he started reacting to our bigger dog, so I needed help. I made the first phone call and learned about the "Leave it" command. I called the second time because he was barking constantly and I didn't know what to do. I've already seen immense improvement. I signed up with another website when I was looking for help. It was more costly than Trainpetdog, but it was not tailored to any breed of dog. It did gave me some information like potty training, but it didn't give me what I needed as much as Trainpetdog. I love Trainpetdog. I would suggest if you have trouble with your dog, you can try it and see if you like it as much as I do. It's been wonderful for me and my little boy.

In the first call, they addressed the biting, nipping and housetraining issue. The second phone call we took was for leash pulling. Both the instructors gave us some good advice. She is no longer rambunctious. She is pretty calm. The instructors we talked with were very knowledgable. We learned so nuch about taking care specifically about Chihuahuas.The one-on-one talks helped more than anything. When we go outside, he would do a quick pee, come inside the house and do another pee. I was so happy becasue when we came in the house there was no pee, so that was great. We also talked about three other issues that we had. When we got our Pomeranian, he was not housebroken and had certain trouble following the basic commands such as "SIT" AND "COME". We tried different things with him to get him housebroken but they did not work. So, we contacted Trainpetdog website for additional help. My first big issue was "leave it" because she wants to pick up stones and eat everything she comes in contact with. I had a couple of suggestions from the trainer and we're working on that. We are also working on housebreaking. It seems to be going reasonably well. We also got a good suggestion from the trainer on digging. I think that is eliminating digging. Thank you.

We recently joined TrainPetDog. One of their services was a wonderful call that we received from one of their pet trainers. It was a great experience for me, my wife and Toby as well. We had a 15 minute conversation with him. Some of the issues we brought forth was how to teach Toby to tell us when he needs to go potty outside. The other issues were nipping and jumping. We recently joined TrainPetDog. One of their services was a wonderful call that we received from one of their pet trainers. It was a great experience for me, my wife and Toby as well. We had a 15 minute conversation with him. Some of the issues we brought forth was how to teach Toby to tell us when he needs to go potty outside. The other issues were nipping and jumping. The trainer had some great suggestions for Toby. The trainer also helped us with teaching this young puppy Watch and Touch commands. Our Labradoodle is 3-4 months old and is just full of energy. She had all kinds of problems and issues when we first got her. We are offered our first call and listening to what the trainers taught us. We got het to "SIT" on command. Then we got her to lay down on command which she has been really good at since we used that training. She jumps up on the dinner table to get something to eat and we were taught how to get him down on the floor and she is a lot better at doing that than she was before we had the training. She loves to bite and chew things up and we were taught what to say and to be positive. She is now 70-80% better. We are really happy with their service and we recommend it highly.

I'm forever grateful to Trainpetdog. My issue was potty training and they explained me how to limit his area. I signed up for this training knowing that it would be online and I could call and ask questions online. But I got an actual live session with a trainer which was extrmely beneficial in my case. I asked the questions about potty training and they gave me some genius ideas. I find the overall experience to be relaxing. I noticed changes within 2 weeks of using the tips and the progress was absolutely terrific. There are very few accidents at home now. Baby Sugar Plum was not house trained and went after all other animals on walks and was always pulling on the leash. Bella will approach her and paw at her when she wants to play but she runs away to a corner or into her crate if we try to pick her up. Sally said rescued dogs are very difficult to train and require a ton of patience.

Sally helped me to identify Schroeders teen year angst. Hes wanting Fox to be his best buddy, but being 15 she just doesnt have the energy to respond. He gets annoyed so he goes on the attack. Sally suggested that we start having time to either walk or energetically play, prior to the evening time so Schroeder could be worn out and not go on the attack. This has been making a difference as weve only had one attack instance since Thursday and it was because I handt have a chance to get Schroeder out to run the legs off of him before evening. I hadnt tried anything previous to this other than to scold Schroeder when he did attack and then to put him in his crate for a time out. It wasnt changing anything.

This is us at the vet check up. The vet thought he had an UTI, and have him a shot. His bloodwork looked great. Ive been trying to be more consistent in my actions and routines. I bought male doggie diapers for him to wear at night. Hes not used them, but if he had to go at least it would be contained. He now waits for me to put them on at night. I think they feel similar to a thunder shirt and he actually likes them. This is our new routine and it seems to work. Hes consistently wanting to be petted by my husband instead of running and hiding so all seems good here. Thanks for the advice. God bless you.

Carolyn advised me on several things to do and not to do in training my dog, plus tips on using Natures Miracle to clean up the messes. I realized that my dog was messing in the only room in my house where my wife and I do not spend much time. So my dog has been using just that room to mess in. So I blocked off the dogs access to that room (no doors, just a barricade). So far that has worked. I thank Carolyn for the call and the information she provided.

The trainer knew how to answer all of the questions I had and made me sure of training techniques. She answered more than just the biting question but the biggest tip I received was to stop trying to train my pup on the pee pad and outside. Because of Elite Dog Club we were able to keep our German Shepherd pup. Riley was three months old when she came to live with us--an adorable ball of fur. We quickly learned that all of us, Riley and ourselves, needed help if she was to remain with us. She was intelligent, frisky and stubborn. Carolyn was great and she gave me a lot of tips. She suggested that Emmy is probably digging holes in the garden because she is bored, and this makes sense, and I can deal with this more easily now. Potty training is getting better. A recent email from Nancy Richards explaining that Emmy is confused, and she suggested that if catch Emmy in the act of pottying inside, I should just let her finish, say nothing so that she doesn't think this is the way to get attention, and then put her in her pen for a break and then clear up.
